My Story
A journey from UCLA to spiritual awakening

Key Moments:
- ✧ Bengali American born in Southern California
- ✧ UCLA Psychology Student
- ✧ NYC Tech Experience
- ✧ Spiritual Awakening through Advaita Vedanta
The Beginning
In 2018, as a Bengali American from the OC/LA county line, I achieved what seemed like a dream - acceptance into UCLA's prestigious Cognitive Science and Psychology program. But life had other plans in store.
Facing Challenges
My father's leukemia diagnosis marked the beginning of profound changes. While navigating UCLA's halls, I grappled with growing anxiety and isolation. The loss of my father in 2019, followed by the COVID-19 pandemic, led me through some of my darkest moments.
“In the most awake city, in the midst of insomniac nights, I stumbled upon a meditation guide that would change everything.”
Transformation Through Eastern Wisdom
My healing journey led me to discover Advaita Vedanta and meditation. Through studying with enlightened monks and yogis, I developed a unique approach combining Eastern spirituality with modern psychology, creating methods for personal growth and healing.
